fitness training – Tennis fitness training?
Tennis fitness training?
i have been playing tennis for 3 years and everything is solid except my endurance is pretty bad. can i get fit in 3 weeks before my tennis tryouts if i start running for 4 days a week for 1 and 1/2 hours.
I need expert advice on fitness training?
I really need help toning a little more to get this BANGIN BIKINI BODY in a couple of mos.I want to focus more on getting more definition in my legs...like having those sexy muscular(not too muscular) toned legs...and of course i want the rest of my body to be porportionate to each other i don't want to look all weird lol but yeah what do u body experts recommend me doing to accomplish this and if it helps i work out at la fitness so what machines should i focus more on and how many sets reps and lbs should i do...and is it okay to workout the same body parts each day???I would think so because they do this stuff in the military each day and thats how they get faster results so shouldn't it be ok to do at a gym long as its done right because thats what im gonna attempt to start doing for faster results...plz help me out guys tell me how to get to my little goal????Thanx to whoever replys!!P.S What fruits ...vegetables...drinks...meats....fish should i stuff in my mouth constantly lol to feed my growing muscles and also what other protein shakes are really great to try ...right now im drinking matrix cookies and cream protein shake and its a pretty good one...can't wait to here from u guyzzzzzzzz!!!!
